Owners and pizza lovers, Stephen and Robert DeRose, opened Bambino's Pizza & Pasta in the summer of 2000, with a vision of creating Danbury's best pizza. Stephen and Robert grew up making pizza with Stephen's father, Sal, of the legendary Sal's Pizzeria in Mamaroneck, NY. Sal's legendary sicilian pizza recipe is now feeding the families of Danbury.

Bambino's Pizza & Pasta makes NY style brick oven pizza and vows to only use the finest ingredients, and prepare each pizza with an infusion of passion and creativity. Critics have been raving ever since. Being around for 10 years proves to us that Danbury agrees as well.
